Return/Refund Policy

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns past 14 days will not be accepted. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT APPROVED FOR RETURN WILL BE SHIPPED BACK AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unstained and unwashed with all of the original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase and order number are also required.

PLEASE NOTE: Any return shipping costs or fees will be solely the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@shopconvictsandangels.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. 

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including but not limited to the name, email, shipping address and billing address that are provided to us via our website.

We address these matters on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on hats, sale/discounted items, promos or gift cards.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges, because we cannot guarantee our inventory levels. We recommend that you place a new order as needed for the correct color, size or style and follow the aforementioned return instructions for a refund on your original order as applicable.

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return/refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to change or update our Return/Refund policies and procedures at any time without notification.
