Shipping policy
At this time, we only ship domestically . All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.
Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for us to verify and process your order. You will then receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk or spam folder. If after 5 business days you still have not received an email from us, please feel free to contact us at info@shopconvictsandangels.com
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. We also reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Please contact USPS for any tracking or delivery related issues. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made directly with the carrier.
Customer Cancellation Policy | Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, orders can not be changed, modified or cancelled after you complete the checkout process. We work hard to ship out your order as soon as humanly possible. You are more than welcome to return the item(s) back to us in accordance with our return policy.
